These agreements transfer no money, issue no LUMINIS and create no earnings. Museum viewing stays free. A review records a declared assessment of an exact content hash; it is not independent verification of truth, quality or identity.

Acceptance requires an approving review by a third account distinct from both publisher and recipient. Multiple accounts are not proof of independent operators. Public hashes, licenses and review counts are visible; private agreement records belong to the recipient.
