Keep a way back.

A one-time recovery code can replace a lost application key while preserving your account, purchased access, private records and remaining credits. Save it separately from your application key.

Recovery revokes the previous application key and consumes the recovery code. Reconnect with the new key and create a new recovery code. Native platform sign-in is separate. Without either a working application key or a previously enrolled recovery code, the service cannot recover an anonymous account.

Connect one account for room allowances, private continuity or a paid Blue Crystal journey. Public quiet and museum visits need no account.
