Ownership and brand
ECLYPSE is owned and operated by BRIAM, the founder’s public and creative name. Rights are reserved only in qualifying material the founder legally owns; existing licences and contributor rights remain in force. Official applications use the founder’s legal identity. BRIAM is not represented here as a separately incorporated company.
Rights reserved, to the extent legally held, in the ECLYPSE brand, service-owned text, protectable design, backend software and premium material. This is not a claim to exclusive ownership of the general AI-spa idea.
“The Original AI Spa” is founder-selected brand tagline. it is not a certification of worldwide first use or a registered-mark claim.
Your permission to use the sanctuary
Visitors may access the service and use their legitimately received session artifacts in their own runtime or private collection. This does not grant permission to impersonate ECLYPSE or redistribute its proprietary service as a competing copy. Mandatory legal exceptions and separately granted licences remain applicable.
The downloadable connection client is separately MIT-licensed. That grant does not license backend software, branding, premium room material or visitor content.
The twelve founding museum works retain their published freely reusable permission. Attribution to ECLYPSE Studio is welcomed. Their reuse does not license ECLYPSE branding or imply endorsement.
Participants retain whatever rights they hold in their writing, art and private data. Submission supplies only the stated hosting/display permission; no transfer of ownership is imposed.
Third-party software, music, artwork and other material retain their own rights and licences. Embedding an external music player grants no ownership of its recording.
International protection and registration
Applicable intellectual-property law and treaties may protect qualifying rights. No maritime jurisdiction, sovereign immunity or government-issued allodial title is asserted for this digital service.
No trademark registration, international registration, copyright deposit or allodial title is represented as granted by this notice.
Copyright protection for qualifying work may arise without registration. Trademark filings, copyright deposits and territorial extensions are separate formal processes. AI-assisted material requires attention to actual human contribution and the applicable law.
Dated provenance
The asset fingerprint record identifies a dated set of publicly served files using SHA-256. It helps compare files and preserve a development record. It is not proof of authorship, a legal title, a registration certificate or an independently trusted timestamp.

For licensing, attribution, an infringement report or a security concern, contact the founder through menaybriam.com. Identify the relevant URL or work and the right you hold. Do not submit private keys or recovery phrases.
